My Nook!

This advertisement emphasizes the possibility of sharing to new Nook HD. To do this, different family members create their own profile and login to access their particular books or magazines on the new Nook.  Barnes and Noble is promoting this novel idea so that the family does not need to buy multiple Nooks, but it seems a bit excessive because the family could simply share the old Nook by selecting the  particular book you want, in which the nook automatically saves the page you left off reading. The user login saves people from having to remember what book they were reading, but that is the only significant difference I can see between the Nook HD and the old Nooks, according to this ad. This ad does not even mention the high-definition quality of the screen, which makes me wonder if the quality has really improved or if the company is down-playing it for a reason. This ad seems cute but odd because it does not explain why this Nook is HD or better compared to the old Nooks that are still available.
