While watching the Olympics, a commercial came on of an overweight boy running down a road with the caption "Find Your Greatness" below. The ad was for Nike; a brand that usually focuses their commercials on super fit athletes.
I did some googling and found that this ad seemed odd, or rather different, to others as well. I found this USA Today article:

I wonder, though, are these ads designed to sell products? Stir up controversy and subsequently more publicity for the brand? Or is the motivation behind the new advertisements purely to foster change in the obesity epidemic in our country?
